Our Essentials Program follows a rotating 16-week curriculum that introduces the core of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu—self-defense, positional escapes, takedowns, guard systems, and fundamental submissions. Repetition is at the heart of the process: students are required to complete the full cycle at least twice (three times is preferred) before advancing. The first pass builds recognition of movements and concepts, while the second develops timing, reflexes, and consistency under pressure. This layered exposure ensures that students don’t just “know” techniques—they can apply, adapt, and troubleshoot them in real situations, creating a solid foundation for mastery.

Our Mastery Program is built around a structured rotation of 16-week blocks, giving students the opportunity to revisit and refine advanced skills multiple times. Across the year, the curriculum cycles through a mix of gi-based and no-gi courses, with every May through August dedicated to a focused No-Gi Block. The program strikes a balance between sport Jiu-Jitsu and real-world self-defense, ensuring students develop not only competition-ready systems but also practical skills that apply outside of the academy. By working through all seven rotations, students gain exposure to advanced guard systems, submission chains, pressure passing, takedown integration, and situational self-defense—layering precision, adaptability, and fluency into their game.
